How to Order

You may place your order through:

• Website — Available 24/7 for convenient online ordering.
• Walk-In — Visit our studio during operating hours to purchase fresh flowers and bouquets. We're open 10am to 6pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Closed every Monday.

All products are Ready Stock and will be ready in 2 hours.

We currently accept:

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed.

Self Pickup

Pickup Hours
10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Please collect your order within your selected pickup time. If you're running late, kindly let us know.

Delivery

Delivery Hours
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We offer same-day delivery for selected locations.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM.
• Orders received after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Recipient Availability

Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the flowers.

If the recipient is unavailable:

• We will attempt to contact the recipient.
• If delivery cannot be completed, our team or rider may leave the flowers in a safe location (where appropriate), with a receptionist, security guard, or neighbour upon approval.
• If redelivery or re-route is required, additional delivery charges may apply.

Colours & Photography

We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography filters.

Fresh Flowers

Fresh flowers are natural products, and every stem is unique.

Bloom size, colour, shape, and opening stage may vary depending on seasonal availability.

If certain flowers are unavailable, suitable substitutions may be made while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and value of your arrangement.

Build Your Own Bouquet by Stalk

Our Loose Fresh Flowers collection is designed to give you the freedom to choose your preferred flowers.

If you select to add wrapping, bouquet is individually handcrafted by the florist on duty. While the flower selection will follow your chosen stems, the final arrangement reflects the florist's craftsmanship and creative judgement.

As every bouquet is handmade, no two arrangements will be exactly alike—even when the same flowers are selected.

Floral Centrepieces

Our floral centrepieces are created using artificial flowers to preserve their beauty and longevity.

They are designed to be enjoyed and reused for multiple occasions with minimal maintenance.

Our Fresh Flower Subscription is created for those who love having fresh flowers in their space all year round.

Your bouquet will be delivered every 10th of the month, with each arrangement thoughtfully designed around seasonal availability and Petalia's signature aesthetic.

Every subscription bouquet is unique, making each delivery a new floral experience.

Fresh Flowers

Fresh flowers are delicate and naturally perishable. With proper care, most bouquets can be enjoyed for several days.

To help them last longer:

• Trim the stems at a 45° angle before placing them in water.
• Replace the water every 1–2 days.
• Remove any leaves below the waterline.
• Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, and air-conditioning vents.
• Avoid placing flowers near ripening fruits, as they release ethylene gas which speeds up wilting.

Dried Flowers

Dried flowers are long-lasting and require minimal maintenance.

• Keep them indoors in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid direct sunlight to reduce fading.
• Keep away from moisture and humidity.
• Dust gently using a soft brush or air blower.
• Handle with care as dried flowers are naturally fragile.

Artificial Flowers

Artificial flowers are designed for long-lasting enjoyment.

• Dust regularly using a soft cloth or feather duster.
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to minimise colour fading.
• Avoid excessive moisture.
• Store carefully to prevent stems and petals from bending.
